SCAM REPORT AGAINST K1NKLE - £1600 UID: 4376110 (REFUNDING CITY)

This scumbag was meant to refund a Macbook Pro for me, but instead he logged in, got a replacement and shipped it to a drop address. 

 

How has he got good rep etc? Why has he not been banned yet? 

 

The user has now blocked me off telegram meaning I can't even retrieve the chat logs.

Don't let this scumbag do this to anyone else! He was also looking 10% payment upfront which already raised red flags. By that point he had already started the process so I couldn't go elsewhere for a refund service

The serial number of the macbook has been reported as stolen to LE.

Buddy calm down, the MacBook it's in reship, I keep it to return it for the refund but you don't answered 2-3 days and I told you to answer me. This "replacement" it's to return it for a refund so I don't scammed you.  Also it's your "friend" account and that's why I asked for 10% upfront, if you checked my Refunding Thread you can see "In some cases i could ask a payment upfront". Post conclusive evidence, I deleted the messages because that's what I do with everyone. I blocked you because you were a time waster, I waited 4 days after you to answer me so I could refund you, you ignored me. You also came up with a reply like: "Do you think I'm on the computer 24/7 to answer you?" considering I had a refund in processing, you had to answer me. I didn't steal anything from you, I only have a replacement from amazon so I can finish your refund, which you didn't answer anymore. It should be about you, because you received the confirmation from the replacement by email and you still didn't give me a message on the telegram so I can finish your refund. I bet if I finished the refund you wouldn't pay me and that was it, because it was on a "friend's" account. I didn't scam you, I didn't take your money, the only thing I have from your amazon account is a MacBook in reship that I also used to finish your refund. And also it's 1360 GBP laptop not 1600 GBP.

This guy messed up my target order while I told him not to DNA it, and he still goes ahead and DNAs, leading it to failure. He cleared all messages with me after I asked him why he did that, then blocked me after I asked his telegram server as well. I have screenshots of what happened, as well as me talking to a member in his telegram if your interested. I know this isn't a "Scam Report", and I don't have anything against him as he's helped me save an old order, but he messed mine up and cleared the telegram chat, blocked me, and kicked me off of his telegram group
