They failed my LIT - it was delivered and they refuse to refund. Wasted 3 weeks and my refund will probably fail.

First of all it didn't fail. It was LIT for a month. Then "somehow" it got picked up again after a MONTH. Which is probably DHL themselves who relabeled the package or the customer trying to do something funny.

It was in transit for 2.5 weeks and then it was delivered, it wasn't lit for a month.
