TERRIBLE SERVICE. for UK
They given me some stupid suggestions like "Call RM and ask them to remove the delivery picture, they sometimes do that", this was the first stupid response.
Then they were like, "oh this went wrong because you did purchase your own label online, and not used what the shop given you"
Then when I confronted them with the evidence that they already have, that it is not a label that I purchased, that it is a label from the company for returns, they were like
"OH royalmail works like this now, you cant do anything" so I asked IS FTIDv3 done then? and to my surprise they said "YES it is".
I have then just told them that it was the first and last time I am using their service, as this is ridiculous.
What they did is probably send so many empty parcels to B and Q that B and Q staff now shows the whole label and RM takes a picture of it as proof of delivery.
What pissed me off is not the fact that it went wrong, but that they first tried to blame me, and told me some stupid suggestions. like calling the courier to ask them to delete the delivery picture, like what the ................., but its not just that, its the way they handled the support request. like saying oh its done now, at no point an apology or anything.
