Edit: Bought the pro package early today, user gave a discounted rate as he does not have much reps, first impressions, very friendly guided me through the process and gave a full research on products, very patient and all is going well.

Update:
Got the pro package at a discounted rate.
He set up my website to a good standard, just had to make a couple of changes myself but that's fine.
Sadly, communication has been terrible since I told Lucas to send him the money, been waiting 4 days for him to help me optimize SEO so that I can start creating ads for my shop.
I also did not get a professional logo made and I don't know what's meant by "powerfully written product briefs" but I also did not get that.
Hoping that he comes back soon so that we can continue...
