First time refunding with Lords, definitely not the last. Top notch experience. They fixed a failed refund from another major service, saved my ***. I had waited over a week without updates from the other service, then was told to just return the order. It was not returnable, was kinda screwed. I messaged Lords support to see if there was any chance they could fix it. Did not expect a yes, because there were zero other options. Not only did they take care of it, they had it done and finalized within a couple hours. Unbelievable turnaround time and technique to do a return that no one else was willing to help with. Fee was more than reasonable, A+++ experience all around.
