beyond the best. will have to redact some things but long story short, made a $2400 purchase for an electronic in early may 2023, as of today got confirmation they aren't only refunding the whole thing, but PPuff go them to mail me a god damn check!

 

P.S. The reason for the long ass turnaround time was no fault of PP, it was rather the particular shop I chose got spammed with refunds, and I trusted PP's advice to wait at times 2-4 weeks before checking in with them.
