They do not care about customers, they don’t reply and you need to ping them 5 times / day in order to get a single response, waited 30 days and without any news I had to send the items back.
I’m not the only one complaining about their shitty service, other customers were waiting for months in their Discord.
Low rates but bad service.

Which store did you order from, and what was the item? I'm curious why they didn't reply to you. Maybe they weren't able to complete the refund, and then just ignored you rather than telling you that so they didn't look bad. But ignoring their customers makes them look bad as well.

Ordered a bag from dior for 3.5k€, they were answering quickly before i make the order, telling it was an hot store etc. I got ghosted for a whole month afterwards. They kept asking the same questions over and over: « what was the tracking », « what store was it »…

Failed my refund
He uses some shitty cheap FTID service and because of that he failed my refund.
My refund should have been done with LIT (Lost in transit) and he fucked up my tracking like this:
That would be fine, it can happen. But his support is shitty as well, he replies like once in 7 days.
Waiting for the refund more than month now, I would not mind that, but if he at least cared.
Today I have received this email:
You need to literally beg him to answer and when he finally replies after week or more, he just gives you a cooldown on his shitty discord server. lol.
Would not recommend this service to anyone.
