Had a mate of mine do two 5k refunds on Amazon with this guy and they both failed & accounts got closed. My mate got instant replacements for both orders however the order amount + 30% fees practically put my mate at a loss. Didn't offer any refunds for fees or anything. Not calling RBF a scammer but just giving a heads up to everyone to be careful.

Had to return items but all good.

Had to return items because the insider wasn’t able to do it, according to him. Says instant but took almsot 3 days to get a final reply.
