Does this team work with refunds only? I need to get my refund from a shop that refuses to pay me for a damaged item. The item costs more than $2000, and the refund should be at least 25% of the full price.
Do you deal with cases like this? I usually work with https://bsmlaw.com.au/sydney-lawyers/, but they are too busy now to work with such small cases, and I don’t want to bother them a lot. It’s the best law firm I have ever worked with, and I greatly appreciate them.
Now, what do I need to get my refund? Do I need any documents and an expert’s confirmation that the item is damaged?
