Tried to resolve peacefully, but it looks he doesn't want to talk, I offered him completing all his orders for free and issue full refund, but he refused. I have never tried insulting him or used curse words, I was trying to be pleasant and calm and resolve this whole situation. I am dearly sorry that you had this experience.
Explanation why I did LIT instead of FTID: I wasn't informed on time that it was massive patch on Chronopost FTID(my employee had a bypass) and it was last call for the evening, I decided to be a good service provider and took upon doing LIT(because there was nothing else to do with the label as FTID is patched accross the board) even though I was taking a loss on the service. I did it just to have good client satisfaction, but it seems it backfired.
Explanation on deleting message on the page: It was deleted by my admin instantly as he posted in my group and admin just took action as he thought this was spamming. Immediately after I saw that I told to my admin let him talk, since 2 first deleted messages I haven't deleted none of them and I won't ever delete any of the messages the he wrote.
For some reason the guy is taking screenshots of all our conversations like I was intending to delete it and somehow scam him, even though I have never edited or changed any of my customers messages, hes just blowing it all out of proportions, while I was just trying to provide good customer support.

I paid 2 Labels you waste one by doing LIT instead of FTID then u took the money for the other one while you never dropped it
