I’m in the process of doing an Amazon in-transit refund.
I just did a refuse/Damage UPS scan while it was marked on the way, and now it marked as cancelled in Amazon.
Firstly, did I do this correctly, was I supposed to do the refuse/damage scan while in transit or wait until after it delivers to me?
Do I need to do contact Amazon now that its marked cancelled? I know with RTS it used to be Auto….
