I have been using Radiant and his service for some time now, and my overall experience is good. There can be times when the fix takes some time, but I am yet to be dissapointed with a service.

 

I do however have some services which has expired, and the only downside is that is has been hard figuring out when it expired, to comply with his compensation system.

 

I currently have 10 purchased upgrades, totaling to over $450 and my overall satisfaction is great, so huge vouch from me.

Just bought from radiant, it may take a little time and you may not have trust at first like some. But he will get the job done still. Would recommend as he is still up and running and has been going for however long I've been watching.

4) All our upgrades are private, and they may either be applied to your account or a new one, depending on the nature of the upgrade. We advise you to seek clarification on any regional restrictions before making a purchase.

5) Please ensure that all details provided are accurate to ensure a smooth and seamless upgrade process.

6) Each upgrade comes with a Lifetime Warranty and a 6-month guarantee. In the rare event that the service you bought is patched within 6 months, we will offer a partial refund. Please note that the refund process is as follows: if it has been less than 1 month, we will provide a 100% refund in store credit if it has been more than 1 month, you will receive a partial refund in store credit. For example, a refund requested in 3 months will receive a 50% refund, while a refund requested in 1.5 months will receive a 75% refund, and so on.

7) We strive to complete every order within 36 hours after payment.

8) Please note that in the event of a refund, only the received amount or the crypto price of the product will be refunded. The PayPal exchanger fee or gift card fees will not be refunded. Refunds are only available in crypto or store credit.

TLDR: Slow & poor customer service. Cheap upgrades that work most of the time. Dishonest. Overall DO NOT RECOMMEND.

 

Pros:

• One of the cheapest around. If you are looking for the cheapest prices, Radiant is your guy.
• Most upgrades work just fine. 

Cons:

• Horrific customer service. Most of the time either reads and does not reply, or does not even open your messages. If you are looking for good customer service, Radiant is not your guy.
• SLOOOW. He says "we" and "our" services as if there is a team of them are working, but nope. It is JUST him and he takes on average 1-3 weeks to provide your upgrade or fix it. If you are working a quick turn around, Radiant is not your guy.
• Poor availability. I have been waiting for my Fubo to be fixed for over 6 MONTHS now. He continues to say it is "out of stock" endlessly. 
• DISHONEST. I left him some very kindly worded feedback on his Discord server a few times. He tends to delete negative feedback and leave positive vouches remain. Others on his Discord said the same thing. After a few attempts at leaving feedback, he blocked me from being able to message in that channel. Many months later, I left feedback on his Telegram channel which resulted in me being immediately banned from commenting on any further posts. If you are an HONEST seller, you should let buyers see BOTH positive AND negative feedback rather than delete negative feedback and block anyone leaving negative feedback. If you are looking for an honest seller, Radiant is not your guy.

Hey whoever the above customer is , i was away for a while so its possible that your stuff was delayed but probably also got delivered today as i was working whole day | and regarding my dishonest or slow
 

Honesty: Just running a upgrade service for 3yrs now , if i wasnt honest or slow or upgrades were bad i wont be here that long will i?

Slow: 36 Hrs is standard timeline but as i was away delays occurred but most stuff has been sorted now [before someone comes and says i shouldnt take new orders if am away , pretty sure above comment is gonna be from a guy who is atleast 1year+ old customer as he is talking of discord & i didnt take any new order for past 12days]

I’ve been a customer of Radiant for a long time. Writing this because he banned me from the chat server for pinging him to check his dms after no response for over his claimed “36 hours”. He’ll take payment quickly, but always takes quite a while to deliver. Communication with Radiant is very inconsistent, with prolonged periods of unresponsiveness or no response at all, despite reading the messages.
 

For those who are seeking quick and efficient customer service, this may not be the best choice. Definitely expect a waiting period of a week to months for order delivery/fix. Negative feedback gets deleted and will get you banned from his chat server. Telling him to check dms in the chat server is really the only way to get a response out of him, but will also get you banned.
 

Good luck with your service, but after the bad experiences throughout the years, I will not be purchasing anything else from Radiant.
