Excellent service as usual.
Had a problem with an international shipment US<-->CA and FedEx were stupid with questions about MID, address, etc. for the commodity.
Saul went above and beyond to fix this package rather than leaving it.
I've used his service since 2020 and have *well above* a >95% success rate. INTL and Domestically.
Google is my best friend.
