Don't use this service I've had a ticket open since Feb. 5th no response from anyone, no refund, nothing. But the seller posted on 2/20 saying it's still working

I issue refunds daily for ones requested on the website.
Don't use this service I've had a ticket open since Feb. 5th no response from anyone, no refund, nothing. But the seller posted on 2/20 saying it's still working
