REseller...! Bought a revolut acc (2 days ago), Android, with documents, I took more than 24 hours to deliver the acc, also he offered lifetime warranty only if the issue was bc of the account itself (documents, selfie, etc), and the account got limited within 1st hour just after trying to top up with debit card.

As Soon as it happened I told him, and he started going crazy... He told me to contact support and wait, I did, also I asked him if he wanted to give me a new acc just to finish the deal faster, he told me no, that this wasn't his problem, that he already gave me a "Verified Acc", ofc I was using Lucas as MM and told him to not release the payment because we were waiting for support to fix the account, because the seller said the problem was me or something, or I was just unlucky and got limited... Then things went a lot crazier... This "12 yo hacker" (his words), started insulting and going crazy because this wasn't his problem, that there is no way he will wait for support to get his payment because the issue will not be an anything related with his job, because "once the account is verified is good and there is no problem with documents" (his words)... Also he said he didn't want to be part of the deal anymore, that I could keep the money and the limited acc, and starting going crazy again with words and been a child.

I told him I will send him the acc back bc I didn't want it anymore, even for free. Again told me he didn't want a limited account and started going crazy again with words and ignorance. After some minutes he changed his mind and texted he will not leave the deal as that, he wanted to wait for support to fix the non related to him issue. At this point ofc I didn't want to deal with him anymore, who will want? The seller was really disrespectful, childish and really crazy with his words, also he started to ask questions about revolut to the MM (seller have no idea about what he is doing, I think he is just a bad reseller), making clear he doesn't know how revolut works, what are the procedures or even the simple things about the accs... At this point Lucas already told the seller the issue will be documents, seller started again with his ignorance saying it wants possible... We agreed to wait 48h for revolut to reply back, after that if the issue was seller related I could cancel the deal... Fee minutes later Seller texted me and sent me a new account that I didn't accept or wanted... Today revolut replied and they are "DEACTIVATING THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE DOCUMENTS WERE IN USE IN OTHER ACCOUNTS".

Seller came with more disrespectful words and I just kicked him from the discord group and got my money back.

CONCLUSION: If u want to gamble with your money, buy from him, he will wash his hands when u encounter a minimal error with the account (because of his job) and will tell you to take the loss because is not his problem, REseller doesn't know anything about this kind of service but to send the data his boss gives him, this "12yo hacker" is not worth your time.

P.D: I have screenshots of everything, in case REseller wants to make false statements and wants me to show his crazy/childish/disrespectful behavior.
