I have been purchasing accounts from you for over two years. Unfortunately, over the past year, the quality of your accounts has significantly declined. Accounts now face frequent restrictions, sometimes on a weekly basis, even though I strictly follow your own recommendations (e.g., limiting transactions to $100–200 per day).
Your replacement policy has also become increasingly unfair, with rules being adjusted in a way that denies replacements. This leaves me questioning why I should continue paying such a high price for accounts that fail so quickly.
Additionally, your restoration service has proven to be extremely unreliable. Out of 10 accounts, it feels like only 1 gets successfully restored, and the process takes at least 1–2 weeks—even when only 1–2 documents are required. These documents should already be included with the account at purchase, apart from the proof of payments. This delay causes further losses and frustration.
Several accounts have also been suspended due to "fraudulent bank activity," and your response—"It can happen"—is simply not acceptable. On top of that, money gets frozen almost every time. You also advise against using the "Friends and Family" option and instead recommend "Goods and Services," which leaves customers exposed to chargebacks, as buyers frequently dispute the payments.
I tried reaching out to find a compromise and even offered not to leave negative feedback, but you chose to ignore me. After being a loyal customer for so long and having spent a significant amount of money, I expected much better service and support.

The issue is not only happening to me; many other customers seem to be facing similar problems. If necessary, I will have others share their experiences as well, because it is simply unacceptable for accounts to be suspended almost every week. On top of this, your refund policy has been adjusted to such an extent that refunds are practically impossible to claim, regardless of the reason. Customers are now paying $120 or more for PayPal accounts that barely last a week, which is entirely unreasonable.
One major issue that needs to be highlighted is that none of the accounts come with accessible phone numbers attached. This makes it impossible to access the accounts or make payments, as every time a "quick security check" is triggered, access is blocked. Without access to the registered phone number, resolving these issues is impossible. This has been a consistent problem, and there has never been any solution offered.
