Vouching for this hotel service.
Made a booking a week before my stay back in August for the first time. Experience was very smooth, put in 3 options for my hotels that I wanted from Expedia, and got my top option. Answered all my questions, even if they were dumb and was very nice and professional. The payment process could have been a bit better since I'm not from the US and thought that the payment amount was in my currency. It wasn't a deal breaker or anything, but perhaps could have asked for exact BTC amount to be transferred to him (just a small improvement to their service).
Check-in process was smooth, no problems, just provided my name.
In the end, I was sent back some money because the hotel price on their side was actually cheaper than initially charged, and this was a big plus on their part for being honest as they could have easily kept my money without me knowing ($100+ USD back to me).
Overall, would definitely use this service again, and will be doing so in the future. +++ vouch to use their service.
