What he means is warranty from the moment you pay.
When he delivers a non-working account he'll say he replaces it but will wait 3 days and then BAM warranty expired.
I see I'm not the only one he scammed.

i give u first account , u block it
when u told it to me i gave u replacement , after 3 days and the night of 3th day u come again and told me its not work wtf
u dont know how to work with wise or u do illegales things with it and u want replacement everytime Lol
