SOme countries, even though the label is prepaid customs, stop the goods at customs and attempt to contact the label owner for accepting the cost of customs.
In this case, can you confirm them via email as a reply? Or do you lose the accounts access?

I never had that issue so I cant tell, sometimes customs call to clarify whats the content of the shipment, but I never had the case were they contacted me to require the custom duties payment.
As all labels have them prepaid.
