Here is my review after using their litespeed hosting for a week:

 

The good thing:

The website loads very quickly and the support staff replies to your queries in a timely manner.

The uptime has also been 100% so far.

 

The Horrible Horrible thing:

Lacks basic functionalities offered by 99% of the web hosts.

You cannot send emails to your clients because their IP is black listed in Spamhaus and they won't disable Spamhaus either.

There is no Two factor authentication in the cpanel.

Both these options can be easily enabled from within the WHM but their support staff either doesn't know how to do it, or they just don't want to.

When requested, they just ask me to buy a VPS.

Apparently, the only solution offered by the support staff, to all problems is "Buy a VPS"

I need to run one website, why the hell should I buy a VPS.

 

 

Conclusion:
If you do not intend to send emails to your clients and if you are okay with your cpanel getting hacked, then this is a great host.

Also, be prepared for answer to all your support queries : "Buy a VPS"
