tl;dr Seller forgets about his orders and is disrecpectful, I don't recommend

I opened transaction with that seller at the end of Dec 2022 thorugh Middleman - Lucas.
Since then I pinged seller 3 times to make sure it will be delivered.
At end of December I was told it should take around a week. After week I asked again - I was told "5-6 days to deliver", after another 5-6 days I asked again, he told me "5-6 hours" (of course after that time he didn't provide any information so I needed to ask again), and finally he told me he needs another 5 business days as he forgot about my order.
He forgot even thought I was making sure multiple times that he remembers about my order.
Of course I asked Lucas for money back as seller is totally unprofessional.

So finally I lost time + 3% of Middleman fees.
Additionally when I told seller that it's super unprofessional behaviour and if he cannot manage his orders then maybe he should take less and because of his attitue I only lost time and 3% fees. What was his answer ? "Don't cry"
I would love to attach screenshot but after me telling him that I will write review on his thread, he deleted our conversation.

I don't know how about his products quality because he didn't deliver any, but his customer service is VERY BAD.

FOR ADMINS - it's review of my experience with that seller and his cutomer attitude, which users here should be aware of. I stated very clearly at the end that I cannot rate his products as I didn't receive any because he forgot about working on my order.

offered you to pay the 3% and told you about my Situation you started acting being rude not my problem.
