Please do not use this service, poor response time, poor customer service. Would not be surprised if all vouches were fake !!
 
Failed my order - which he claimed was instant took 2.5 weeks for it fail and close my account. 
 
I asked him to assist me with get a label to return this and get my money back... he has cleared chats on telegram and has blocked me.... 
 
Now I can't even return the item as the account is closed

LOL. We have many clients, we don’t have time to chit-chat. Also may I add, You opened a return case mid refund when we told you NOT too. This caused the refund to fail and then you blocked us and wrote this negative comment… too funny.

Why are you bumping threads if you can't do any refunds? Boots from 7 days to 21+ days now. Luckily they accept in-store returns so probably would have to return it myself.

Your actually full of crap, @Viv108 is correct. You take 2 weeks to reply and expect people to just hold the item. When you don't even update them or anything. Refund specialist, my ass. Couldn't refund a paper bag.

Also claims to have "fast support" and posts everyday to message for questions and orders. Yet good luck getting a reply from him, better refunders out there.
