Before ordering from Amazon, I contacted him and he told me he could refund my item, after ordering the product and collecting it from the locker like he said he failed to refund the item despite the account never had any returns whatsoever.so he said he could do a slow refund which will take 3-4 weeks but it's 100% success.

I offered 5% more to prioritize my order. This was like a week ago. even though the first time he said the refund would be Instant but the refund failed.

I told him if he's going to refund it 100% within 3-4 weeks I will wait. been the whole week waiting for his return, contacting amazon, message NOTHING. I can't even track my refund order on his website.

I Would like to know what's going on

 

In November you promised to refund a 3k apple order and I got stuck with a 3k item, and you said one of your team fucked things up.

Now January and the same thing is happening the return window is closing and no reply, no news, you didn't even log in to process the order.

If it's one of your team playing around this is not cool reading messages and not replying, the same goes when you promise to refund and you disappear the same second we place the order.

I'll be updating my Post step by step so at least other customers can see what's going on I don't want to get stuck with 2 items in my house. and also @Pablo to really supervise the messages and the orders submitted to him. because this business is under his name Twice your team is fucking around with me even tho I'm polite and not annoying !!!

Still no reply after a week, and over 2 weeks since filling the form in. 

 

I can't recommend using this service, doesn't reply to customers even though the Telegram channel is being updated.

Why not say you're unable to do the refund instead of ignoring messages?

I wouldn’t never recommend this service. Never replies but post on his telegram group and on here.
I got stuck with items I couldn’t return and he never got back to me about the refund. Seen lots of people in the same situation.
Stay away and use someone else. Plenty of good refunders on here. Sadly this is not one.
