dont have nova anymore?

hello, whenever I try to run nova+ tools it says I dont have nova (can provide ss if wanted) and when - or + rep I can only do aqua levels. This kinda defeats the purpose of having nova. This is especially lame because I used to have contributer+ and you guys also took that away when I deleted my threads.

 

 

as you can see here, my usergroup is correct

For the nova thing, It's probably a glitch, just wait for support.

 

As for "I used to have contributer+ and you guys also took that away when I deleted my threads." , they didn't take it away, when you delete your threads, you delete the likes that were on that thread too, you no longer meet contributor requirements, therefor you no longer have contributor rank, it's not a glitch.

yes I understand I deleted the likes, I never said it was a glitch. I just said it was lame.

Try generating another auth token. If it continues it might have to be something the maker of that tool will have to look into.
