PayPal limited my account and then transferred the funds to themselves on the 179th day claiming AUP violation. Balance was 3.4k, This was years ago though. Was working with a firm who takes pay on %. They were able to reach a deal with PayPal to release most of the funds, but wanted me to fill out a tax form. They backed out once I told them it wasn't my name on the acc (stealth). Would you be willing to try to get it back for a %?
