First he said I am the guy who keeps contacting him with several tags .
When I asked for vouches he said haven't you seen vouches in my thread .
I asked are those Amazon.com insider vouches and boom blocked and chat deleted .
I think this guy needs to understand no one is going to give him his account along with money without asking few basics questions .
Looks quite suspicious to me
I recommend to deal using a middleman with this guy
