Scam report against | user/1460-myself | $20

I got scammed by Myself i paid him 20$ to get a permanent Turkish card that i can top up at any moment without fees after using its balance i wanted to refill it at the end of September but he was sick and said that i needed to wait till mid October and I waited for more than a month, now he is saying he is unable to access the card and that i need to contact his friend to buy a new one and i will not get a refund for the card that he gave me because he don't have access to it anymore... 

He is saying that my only option is to buy from his friend so I need to pay for a new card without getting the refund

1. I do not sell VCC on Nulled as my thread specifically precises as it is against the sites rules. You should be aware of those rules and also just read my thread which has nothing to do with "permanent" VCC's This transaction had nothing to do with my thread here. This scam report is thus null and void and has nothing to do on Nulled.

However I will clear things up so people like you don't feel entitled and all powerful over others. (You'll see what I mean at the end of my post.)

2. I offered you a partial refund of 10$ (on the "20$" you lost and kept ignoring the reasons of the "loss" that were beyond my control, even explained in your own screen). You refused multiple, multiple times. 

3. I then offered you a new free "permanent" card for free from my associate you called my "friend" (worth 10$) WITH an amount of your choice and absolutely no commission (usually 15 to 30%) on the amount, which if you reflect about is rapidly way over 20$.
So moreover you're being liar : "He is saying that my only option is to buy from his friend so I need to pay for a new card without getting the refund"

Again you refused again and again. (You sent the screenshot yourself and I could send lines of conversation of me trying to fix it for you).

 

4. Finally, after all my efforts trying to fix this and reach a compromise you went and threatened me with word for word :

I don't want you to get banned for 20$...."

Yes, you're right about about that I 'm not risking my 7+ years old year account for 20$. Especially when it doesn't concern Nulled.

The fact you threatened me means you won't get anything from me.

I won't interact with you anymore, my health is worth way more then trying to fix something for someone being as petty as you.

I will now only answer to @Lucas or any moderators about the case.

Again you lie and disform the truth. 3$ is a temporary card ( you know the difference you bought some from me), anybody can DM him and ask the price of a permanent card and see it will be 10$, he even told it to you before he was aware of what was happening.
