Hello everyone.

 

Very questionable product, very. At least in my case.

To be honest, support via telegram is active, responsive but not effectively.

 

Purchased residential proxy for browsing/eshopping purposes.

1st created proxy - amazon.com account got locked due to 'misuse of amazons rules'. On the first page amazon constantly kept asking to solve puzzles so i smelled that this is going to be a problem. Problem with a purchased proxy.

After amz acc got locked, i contacted Asocks support. Then they told me i need to run cmd checker before using their proxys (how the hell should i know that? there is no such info given by Asocks prior).

 

2nd created proxy - almost identical amazon.com situation - ran cmd line as advised, but  still got banned. Then Asocks support answered me with some irrelevant excuses that didnt help.

 

Requested for a refund - request accepted to refund me after 2 weeks. Wtf? seriously? something is clearly wrong with you guys.

 

To sum up, im not a pro at proxys industry but as a buyer I thought i found proper product but it was clearly not working for a very simple purpose - browsing/eshopping. If this service cant fulfill such basic demands, im not sure how it does for others. 

 

Wasted my time and money for virtual phones for verifications.

 

Deal with caution.
