Additional Information: I recently purchased a WISE account from a seller. The account was created recently and I was given the login details. I was able to log in and add $5 to the account using my debit card (I can provide proof to @Lucas ). However, after 2 days, I was unable to log in because the account had been deactivated. I asked the seller for a replacement account, but he denied my request

 

You can take a look at the screenshots. He told me that there is no need to use a proxy to enter the Wise account ( a Canadian one ) and my location is not in Canada. That's the main reason why the Wise account was deactivated

 

I am ready to provide any additional proof to show that the deactivation of the Wise account was not my fault

This is not the first time a seller does some blackhat/shady stuff with an account then try to get a free replacement.

That is not why the account got deactivated, I made plenty of sales and this never happened before.

I believe the buyer lied about the situation to try to get a free additional account, maybe used an ip/number or a debit card that was blacklisted by wise.

 

I did not think this situation warranted a free replacement, but the final decision will be up to you Lucas.

He should receive a replacement as long as you can explain to him proper usage of the account, to avoid having it disabled. If he needs to use a new card to deposit, or a new number, he should be informed.
