Additional Information: I recently purchased a WISE account from a seller. The account was created recently and I was given the login details. I was able to log in and add $5 to the account using my debit card (I can provide proof to @Lucas ). However, after 2 days, I was unable to log in because the account had been deactivated. I asked the seller for a replacement account, but he denied my request
You can take a look at the screenshots. He told me that there is no need to use a proxy to enter the Wise account ( a Canadian one ) and my location is not in Canada. That's the main reason why the Wise account was deactivated
I am ready to provide any additional proof to show that the deactivation of the Wise account was not my fault
