+vouch, resolved. Owner resolved it, upgraded us to a better plan for free as well.

Highly disappointing experience. The network speed was consistently slow, with an average of 0.7Mbps and at times even dropping to 0.00Mbps.

Whenever I brought this issue to their attention, the only solution offered was to place my VPS on another node with this system message, but this was not a long-term solution.

 

Can I place your VPS on another node?

The constant need to replace the node and the time-consuming process of re-installing programs and setting up my VPS on a new node greatly impacted my business.
I had paid for two months of service in advance, but due to the constant issues with network speed and the need for replacement of the node, I will not be continuing my subscription, try other services but avoid crazyrdp.

Well, you are here seeking for attention but meanwhile it's your own mistake tbh.

You are running a speedtest to the wrong location. You need to do a speedtest to The Netherlands, some IP's of us show for example USA or Russia.

Speedtests will automatically choose USA or Russia then.

Mate, this hasn't happened once, it has happened twice. One-time issue is understandable but again, since your staff isn't helpful in any regards with my issue, I will resort to the forum

also the speed has dropped to 0.00 as well, just check my previous support tickets, added you on discord but again, willing to talk it out if you accept the req
