So It's an old thing and probably most of you know it but there are also people who don't so here's what it's about.
It's more like an idea what you could do than a guide. You can also do similar things like these to get small amounts of RP.

In opposite to this what I've posted, this is an automatic thing.

The system calculates your elo and LP gain based on an algorithm which is predefined and same for all the users.
It's not Riot's fault, you're just unlucky but believe me, I faced this several times by now and I know it can make a man really really mad
