I can vouch for Prometheus! I did two big orders for amazon.nl, the first was 1100 euro and the second was around 2200 euro, and he managed to refund both successfully! I did take a while, around 1.5 months but that was 100% due to amazon.nl being a drag so be patient and it will work.
Prometheus is friendly and patient in answering my many questions, he responds very fast and I think his rate is fair. I can highly recommend this refunder and will do more refunds through him!
