Title, Can't find the option in settings.
If you're talking about the cover that shows in your replies/threads, that's called the postbit cover. You can find it rigghhhht here in your control panel: https://www.nulled.to/usercp.php (to access it later press on the drop down next to your name in the upper right hand corner, and select control panel).
But, you can't change it at the moment since it is only a feature for upgraded members to at least VIP level.
