My facebook/instagram has been hacked

Hello,

 

I have lost the access to my facebook and instagram account. The hacker changed the email, phone number and password.

I have the changed email address and phone number of the Facebook account. 

 

Is there possibility or can I somehow get it back?

Hello, balukah222. I see that someone has hacked your account. You can try emailing the support of the platform and let them know and they should be able to reset it, if they have done anything on your account, you can request information of the logins and go to the police.

i think u can get ur account back but u have to prove its ur own account to the customer support
