Additional Info: Paid 24th, pinged the seller to see if it can ship before memorial day. He didn't respond for 2 days then sent me a picture of an alienware monitor saying "its here lol".... 7 days later I ask why it hasn't shipped yet, he says he couldn't SE it. Not the first time I had this happen with this seller, so I'm going through forum for this refund.

You did the delete the chats showing you received the monitor. Then ignored messages for days just to come back and say it failed and there is no monitor.
