I know the guy for more than few months now. I cant wait any longer. I got refunded 1/3 of the amount paid and now he ghosts me. He said he will SE me a monitor (2w ago) 
( but i paid him month and something ago already ) still did not do it, he says he did but gave me no proof. He wont reply now and I am just so tired of him, ban him. Hes banned on other forums too now.
