- We take payments upon refund confirmation, not when the refund hits your bank (possible for extra fees)

- Not paying your fee is not tolerated. If you don't pay after the refund is done, your local authorities will be contacted & I will get the company to charge you again
- Re-ships are accepted, although not recommended if company notices I take no responsibility
