What ever you do never buy the VIP for this guy. I paid a little under $1200 for VIP for lower fees a VIP tele group and VIP support. There was no VIP tele group, he said it was still being worked on even though they were advertising it. It's been over a week and still no VIP group. I asked a question on Tuesday about a refund than was never answered. I kept sending messages through Saturday when I finally got an answer. I wouldn't call that VIP support.

I find myself repeating this, but it's essential to clarify: the VIP group indeed exists, and you haven't been added to it yet; that's the crux of the matter. Your responses in this thread suggest that you haven't received prior explanations, which were provided both in private messages on Telegram and publicly in the group chat
As for "VIP Support", there were no outstanding questions. All your inquiries had already been addressed publicly. When you joined the chat group and voiced concerns, everyone took the time to reiterate how your questions had already been resolved. However, it seems you are overlooking these responses and placing blame on me
I take full responsibility for the delay in adding you to the VIP group after your payment and for not promptly providing the full store list upon payment. I acknowledge that this should not have been delayed as it was, and I am committed to ensuring such delays do not occur with future clients
A refund has been issued to the user due to this matter
