Terms and Conditions for Designing Service:

1. Payment Terms:
1.1. If you're placing a small order (Below $100) you don't have to pay any advance.
  1.2. If you're placing an order for more than $100 you have to pay some of the amount in advance.

2. Order Delivery:
  2.1. It is recommended that you inquire about the estimated delivery time before placing your order, as there may be some additional delay.

3. Copyright Protection:
  3.1. All designs provided by our service are copyright protected.
  3.2. You are allowed to modify the design you paid for, except for thread designs where the "Thread design by" attribution cannot be removed without paying the applicable fee.

4. Order Cancellation:
  4.1. We reserve the right to cancel any order without providing a reason.

5. Source Files:
  5.1. You may request the source files, such as .PSD's, .Ai's, etc., within three days of your purchase.
  5.2. Additional charges may apply for providing the source files.
  5.3. We are not responsible if the source files are lost for any reason, and we should not be held liable.

6. Prohibited Content:
  6.1. We do not accept requests for fake documents or any adult/porn related work.

7. Portfolio Usage:
  7.1. We reserve the right to add the design we created for you to our portfolio.
  7.2. If you require your project to remain private, please discuss it with us beforehand.

8. Refunds:
  8.1. We retain the right not to refund the down-payment, either partially or completely, depending on the situation or the progress of the design.

9. Changes to Terms of Service:
  9.1. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
