In my TOS there is a point that we don't refund scan expenses but issue free scan for next order. + this order is not failed yet, still working on it. Asking for more patience.

That's irrelevant, you are not responding to him, no proof you did anything. Your TOS on your thread don't mention this anywhere either. If you want TOS to apply to your transactions you must clarify them to your customer, directly.

He didn’t even get it scanned here is proof.. smh, I talked to another refunder and was told I was getting bs from him…
He says he’s contacting Apple but doesn’t have my order info? Nor has he tried to log in to the account cause he can’t without my approval.. it seeems very fishy to me.

It was mentioned on my telegram channel TOS my bad for not putting that on thread. Anyways Im trying my best to resolve this issue by just getting refund for customer. Ill cut off scan expenses.
