My honest review.
Was contacted by Mario after he saw me asking about Amazon refund on another refunders channel. We came to agreement that he will do me Amazon refund after a short talk. Gave a time estimate up till 10 days. No replies after untill the 7 days later, that he is still trying. 4 days later without replies I get message that the refund got OFM Cancelled. Something that can happen, so thats okay. Asked him to reset and give me access to the account to see what I can to, or make a legit return. He said he will do that, but no replies to my messages. 2 days after that he sends me the account information. Asked him later if he had picture of the OFM, that I could use for chargeback, didnt get reply for 11 days.
I`m used to slow replies from refunders, thats okay, but what took me is that today I noticed that he had blocked me from talking in his channel. I have never complained or said anything bad, but it looks like he doesnt want anyone to talk if its bad experiences with him. Thats not okay. So I `m leaving my review here.
I'm having the exact same problem as well.
He was very responsive at first, seemed really nice and all but now he just stopped responding and I don't even know if he's working on my refund anymore, since I got kicked from his lounge channel.
I'm seriously really disappointed at this service overall.
