Here's my full honest review for this user's service.
Through a friend's recommendation, decided to try him out for my A&F order. In summary, the refund failed horribly with no option for me to return the parcel or anything. Throughout the whole process, I had to keep checking in with him multiple times on what was going on since there was no update from him at all (as well as the store end). For the initial stage, it took him 10+ days as opposed to the estimated 1 week turnaround to get some kind of update at least. All I could do was wait without a single clue on what to expect.
Finally, after approx. 2 weeks, A refund email came through but was struck down by their managemen which I do not blame him for it. Thereafter, I chose the return option for 1 of the 2 parcels since he originally told me that he was able to do it for both parcels which arrived at the same time but in the end, I got refund for none of them and can't even return just 1 of them as well. (Similarly, I don't blame him for this, but I certainly shouldn't have went on with his suggestion to go with 2 parcels based on his words)
What got me disappointed with his service wasn't that he failed it, I have experienced it before and I know the risks but there was a lack of communication from this user's service. I had some expectations prior to engaging him given that it was a recommendation by a close friend but I would say his service as a whole fell far below my expectations.
I believe this is a fair review of his service. Now I'm left with a heavy loss and I've got to figure out on my own as to how to recover from this mess.

I'm very sorry for the BS you've been through in this situation. As i told you I'm no longer even doing a&f and the offer of a small compensation that was sent in the PM's still stands, if you ever want to give service a shot again.

I can say it was a good experience working with Mario. He was very professional, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. His communication was clear and timely, ensuring I always knew what was happening. I highly recommend this service. Very good experience overall!
