Need Support in PUBG STEAM

So my problem is I'm not getting the performance I expected,

My pc is ASUS TUF A15 Ryzen 4600H Nvidia GTX 1650 16GB Ram, I'm running pubg with AVG FPS 50-70 medium in intense fights (ARCADE MODE)

high/ultra 60-80fps if there's no fight..

Does anyone knows how to solve this problem? (without trolling, thanks)
