Deal with extreme caution! Claimed to have booked my hotel last week, everything seemed good. I end up getting to the hotel only to be told that I don’t have a reservation, I contact Lord of course; and for an hour and a half straight of me texting and trying to contact, I had gotten 0 response. He apologized about 24 hours later and said that he had a system glitch and that he could get me in next week (this week). He claimed that if he couldn't get me in next time, he would gladly refund. Sounded great to me so I gave him the chance to do so. I message him yesterday saying that I would like a refund or to be booked. He said it wasn’t possible to be booked, so I then just prompted back to a refund. All of a sudden, he then tells me that he can get me in today (After saying it’s at least a week out). Well, after about 40 hours of no response, I have received no offer of another booking or my refund. Moral of the story, I guess he needed my money more than I did; and I basically got beamed out of my money.
I may also be a victim, not going to claim to early, but yeah, paid for a hotel few days ago, and now no reply since Monday.
