Now in September I hired him to do 2x more refunds: 1x Google ($2.8k) (failed) and I had to do a legit return, thankfully got my money back. I also did another Amazon.ca order for $1.2k, it’s been exactly 7 days and still waiting. Communication has been poor this time around, and sometimes I have to message 6-7x for a response. At this point I’d rather he just abandon the refund and let me chargeback via my bank or attempt the refund myself.
Tl;dr ageless has been great in the past with great comms, however this latest experience has not been of the usual standard. I will update my post to reflect if there are any changes.
