Hello guys i have trouble with food i explain:

 

when i'm really stressed i'm gonna start to eat everything around me (nothin healthy) this attitude ruine my life i found one thing that work for losing weight and not being hungry: Majijuana but i decided after one month to stop it it will be worse for other part of my health

 

do you have experienced this ? do you have some tips to avoid these "pulsions" ?

Personally, food also helps me calm down. People can feel the urge to eat when they are stressed for a variety of reasons, and this is related to physiological and psychological aspects. Therefore, it is not surprising that food can serve as a way to distract from stressful situations and thoughts, at least for a while.

From my perspective, food has a comforting effect on me as well. When individuals experience stress, they may find themselves inclined to eat for various physiological and psychological reasons. Consequently, it's entirely understandable that food can function as a means to momentarily divert attention from stressful circumstances and thoughts. However, I do not abuse it. In general, I like to try different dishes at food van hire, because there is always what I need. I recently tried their brunch menu with bacon & egg sandwiches and it is now my favorite.

I know that it is a common practice for people to overeat when stressed. I had such moments in my life too, but as I started to lose weight, I reconsidered my habits. Now, on the contrary, I try to replace everything with healthy snacks, use supplements from Canadian Pharmacy Online, which are great for keeping fit, so now I no longer have the problem of overeating.

You on the right track for recognizing that stress is a trigger for overeating.   Seriously, consider a physical outlet.  I find for myself, Yoga is amazing.  It's different for everyone, maybe it's running, or crafting or masturbation.

Dont eat in the morning, do the most important stuff that you gotta do. Black coffe, work nothing else. Than eat 2-3 meals.

more protein and higher volume. worst case buy some semaglutide and start injecting.
