First of all I want to say sorry, I have sent the message to 3 of your admins in dm's, i probably shouldn't have done that, now i just found out about this support topic.

Okay so,

the transaction id

I just sent the bitcoin and i got the notification that the btc has been withdrawn, 5/1 confirmations. but nothing happened and my account didn't get vip, could you help me?

Hey, i just found the email i got, "your payment was insufficient to pay the invoice ....... A copy of this email has been sent to the seller. He may complete the order manually." What do i do?
