Filled out the forms and reached out via Telegram, but it's been a few days now and haven't seen any progress of a return. Just getting kind of worried if there's a time limit and a window for return if this fails.

 

I would love to leave a positive review if all goes through well!

Your order was delivered on 28th which is Saturday, PS Direct like most stores does not process refunds on weekends, so start calculating from Oct 30 Monday. It is noon of Nov 1 right now we JUST reach 48 hours minimum processing time that PS Direct asked for, that's why you see no refund email yet. They are still processing it. I have done the job on Nov 30 as soon as it was possible.
 

You can always ask me for updates on telegram instead of being worried. Last time you texted me on Oct 30 and I replied saying I've received your form.
 

I don't know why you're shy to DM me, I am always happy to provide any updates, explain what step of the process we are at, or answer any of your questions.
