You could use clash of stats, but there's 2 big caveats: 1) they might have turned history off for random viewers of their stats and 2) even if their history is public, actual sophisticated spies will use alt accounts that have never been in the same clan as their owner, so their clan history won't tell you anything relevant anyway.

I don't spy on enemies unless they do it first, and then I consider it fair game...but when I do, I always use an alt of mine that's never been in the same clans as my main. So it wouldn't look like a spy. I guess the point is that you can't rely on the clan history or not because alt accounts exist and lots of people have them.
