Yea kind of odd as I was asking questions about the account via tele so I could make sure it would be useful to me and not just waste of money and then I got blocked by this user.

You, sir, were wasting my time.
It's clearly stated in my terms of service (TOS) that accounts are sold with the understanding that you know how to work with stealth accounts.
Any PayPal account can get limited depending on your activities; this is common knowledge.

You also asked why you should buy the account if you can make it yourself and age it. Why, in the world, would you ask me those questions in the first place if you can do it yourself???

I'm not here to hold your hand and guide you through your PayPal journey into the stealth side; also stated in my TOS.

If you used the accounts, it's on you.
I am not responsible for your actions or activities.
Any PayPal account can get limited depending on your activities; this is common knowledge.

But if you bought an account, including the IP, and it gets limited without any actions on your part, you'll be eligible for a replacement.
Statistically, this has occurred with only 1% of the accounts I've sold in the last 15 years.
